Coordination of IT projects: planning and implementation of IT rollouts, migrations and software introductions - from the first idea to the Go-live Managing system landscape: administration, maintenance and monitoring of our server landscape, networks and cloud environments Strategic link: Central interface between the requirements of our internal specialist departments and the standards of the IT Group Optimize processes: Analysis and further development of our IT workflows to increase efficiency and data security Documentation & Knowledge: Creating understandable technical documentation and instructions for the team Automation: Establishing and managing computers, development environments and servers using modern deployment and configuration management tools Active Directory Management: Responsibility and Care of Active Directory, including the Management of Group Policy, User roles and Access Rights IT security support: support in implementing security standards, monitoring system integrity and first contact person in IT security issues or incidents

Funded basis: Successfully completed study of computer science or a subject related discipline Technical know-how: Safe handling of development environments, version management systems (e.g. Git), CI/CD tools and virtualization Organizational designer: You love structure, work independently and always keep an overview of parallel projects. Communication strength: You have the ability to make complex IT-sach relationships understandable for our specialist departments and act as a strong communication link to Group IT Solution orientation: You do not think in problems, but in processes and user satisfaction Personality: You draw your attention through teamwork, self-initiative and proactive working Language Awareness: You have very good English and German knowledge in word and writing to communicate safely in the international group environment
