Self-permanent course documentation of patients at the Center for Paediatric Oncology in an EDV-based documentation system Documentation for the Kraniopharyngeom Registry 2019 and other registers of the Kraniopharyngeom Study Group of the Society for Paediatric Oncology and Haematology (GPOH) Transmission of notifications to reference institutions within the framework of the study protocols Organisation and coordination of sample shipments as well as monitoring of audits and authority inspections Preparation of participation in new studies

Training as a Med. Documentary or Documentation Assistant (w/m/d) or equivalent professional experience in the medical field Sovereign handling of relevant documentation programs and MS Office products (Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Sufficient English skills in word and writing (medical english) Experience in working with and medical research in databases and knowledge in data management of clinical studies readiness for interdisciplinary and interprofessional communication
