The company Isoblock Schaltanlagen GmbH is a family business with tradition in which approx. 100 employees. We are active in the field of medium and low voltage technology, as well as in switching systems and control engineering. The product range ranges from transformer stations to installation distributors for industry and crafts as well as load current distributors for industrial plants to control systems with programmable controllers and their visualizations.

Customer support and communication: As the first contact person, you are responsible for receiving telephone/written requests and, after consultation with the project managers, to give the customer a solution-oriented answer. Planning and organisation of maintenance work: You coordinate the planning and execution of our customers' maintenance work. You are also responsible for the correct billing of the services provided. Stock customer acquisition and customer retention: You actively maintain our existing customer relationships and identify opportunities for increasing sales and customer retention. Employee representation in absence: You take over the representation of employees in your team during their absence.
