We call it 'passion for life cycle'. independent processing of customer complaints in close coordination with development, testing, quality and project management Analysis of technical questions and coordination of measures for permanent problem solving with a focus on brake components (brake discs, brake pads, actuators and brake control) Head of interdisciplinary 8D teams for structured identification and solution of problems Support of field series, including technical handling and troubleshooting Creating customer-specific documentation such as 8D reports, test specifications and detailed work instructions Support for serial production at global locations Execution of assessments, interviews and presentation of results directly with the customer Technical support of the complaint team at the Budapest site Close cooperation with the quality and development teams in Berlin, Krakow and Pamplona

Complete studies in the field of automotive engineering or mechanical engineering (at least Bachelor) Safe handling of MS Office, also with advanced functions Experience in handling CAD and FEM software German & English: good to very good knowledge (at least B2) Ideally experience in the development and application of brake pads, brake discs and actuators Knowledge of the construction, materials engineering and mechanics of machine elements Experience in the application of quality management methods, in particular 8D, Ishikawa/Fishbone, 5-Why, Root Cause Analysis Additional qualifications in statistics, e.g. Six Sigma Black Belt, of advantage Personal strengths: team skills, independent working, organizational skills, enforcement
