In-house technician at the Osterförde retirement and nursing home (m/f/d)

We are looking for a reliable and committed master (m/w/d) in full time at the next time.

We are a stationary facility with a maximum of 92 inhabitants and 3 living areas and a large garden area around it.

Your duties • You are the first contact person for technical and craft issues around our object • They carry out minor repair, maintenance and maintenance work independently • They take care of the maintenance and the proper condition of the building and the outdoor areas • You agree to work with external service providers and craftsmen and accompany their operations • You recognize technical or craft problems early and take care of a suitable solution • You take over general housekeeping activities

This will bring you • Ideally, you have a technical/manual training, e.g. as an electrician, installer/plant mechanic or in a comparable profession • Professional experience in technical or crafts is advantageous • You have craftsmanship and technical understanding • They work reliably, independently and responsibly • Loyality and sense of responsibility are of course for you • They are a team player, meet colleagues and external partners with empathy and Value • You have a driving license of the class BE / also like the trailer-FS.
