The M&A area of ottogroup holding is responsible for all M&A projects of all Otto Group companies worldwide. 5 highly motivated, experienced colleagues conduct M&A transactions independently, coordinate internal and external stakeholders and report on C levels.

Management and coordination of national and international projects at Group level. In particular, corporate acquisitions and divestments as well as the formation of joint ventures Control and coordination of project processes in the internal and external relationship (including external consultants, investment banks) Preparation, management and follow-up of purchase contract negotiations and preparation of analyses and policy templates for the relevant decision-makers Analysis of relevant market and competitive structures and potential acquisition candidate Assessment of undertakings by the relevant methods You are not sure if the place fits you? – We are happy to make contact with Jan-Henrik Zentner from the field. Must-have: Above-average degree in economics Multiannual relevant professional experience in a company, in a transaction or M&A consultancy above-average conceptual and analytical skills; pronounced organizational skills; Expertise in target-oriented driving of complex (strategy) projects Safe appearance and presentation skills Embossed communication and moderation talent independent, responsible functioning; own initiative, high willingness to use, good judgement Motivation and willingness to travel in Germany and abroad Language level: German and English C1 (skilled language use) Very good Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power Point) knowledge Nice-to-have: Venture Capital Experiences Experience in business/strategy consulting, coupled with sound process and methodological knowledge
