Own financial and rent accounting for a nationwide real estate stock Debitor and creditor accounting settlement of payment transactions Accounting and voting of open items and execution of dunning Participation and preparation of reporting and preparatory activities for monthly, quarterly and annual accounts according to HGB Central contact for internal and external stakeholders, auditors and tax advisors Working with special projects, e.g. the introduction of new accounting and IT systems or process optimizations

Completed commercial training or business studies First professional experience in accounting, financial accounting or real estate accounting Knowledge of the creation of annual accounts by HGB Good knowledge of German income tax and turnover tax law Safe handling of common accounting software and Excel skills German knowledge (min. C1)
