These are your tasks On the phone, via video chat and email: The diverse needs of our customers are the focus of your digital advice. Your target group: To build a customer base, your focus is on the acquisition of our online affinity customers who want to be exclusively digitally advised and supervised. Focusing on the customer's needs: you recognize needs, identify customer requests, submit offers and build trusting relationships. Tools: With the help of our sales-promoting instruments, you sell selected products in the fields of payment, asset formation and consumer finance. Sales processes: In all your activities, you are looking at the consistent implementation of sales standards and the competent application of our processes defined for sales. Backwind: If necessary, you know exactly when you need to integrate our teams in the branches or the specialist: in other departments. Design playroom: You are proactive in order to advance the building of our excellent customer support.

We wish you Banking foundation: A completed bank-related training, as well as an active BaFin-ID, as well as a current permission to transfer insurance (IDD) round off your profile. A plus, no need: experiences in the media consultation of a bank. Customer business is your passion: experiences in private customer business as well as a pronounced understanding of services are part of your everyday life. Digital Mindset: Good media consulting skills or openness for digital solutions and the willingness to unlock and use digital systems and tools. You can expect from us An annual salary between 50,600 – 68,800 Euro (TVöD-S, max. E9a reward group) including special payments, tailored to your relevant professional experience & your qualification. Full-time (39 hours per week), flexible working hours and part-time offers. The possibility of working up to 40% hybrid after incorporation. 32 days holiday, additionally free of work on 24th and 31st December and special days for special occasions.
