Strategic orientation and further development: You design and manage the infrastructure and cloud roadmap in line with the corporate and IT strategy and drive standardization and automation in a targeted way. Leadership and organisational development: guide, coach and develop your team and establish a modern, service-oriented organization – Hands-on and with clear business focus. Operation and service quality: You are responsible for a stable IT operation, service delivery and service desk and ensure measurable quality, transparency and continuous improvements. Security and Regulatorics: In close cooperation with cybersecurity and compliance functions, you are responsible for Service Continuity, regulatory requirements and disaster recovery concepts. Coordination and cooperation: You play an active role in transformation initiatives, promote cross-sector cooperation and act as a central point of intersection within IT.

Complete study of computer science or comparable qualification, complemented by well-founded professional experience in the IT environment and several years of leadership experience Practice-proven competence in modern IT infrastructure, cloud solutions, networks, security and digital workplace (M365, collaboration and endpoint) Experience in IT service management (ITIL), KPI and SLA control as well as in project and program management, combined with the ability to prepare complex facts clearly and structured Strategic thinking, pronounced analytical approach, high responsibility and ownership skills complete your profile Very good knowledge of German and English (GER-Level C1) in word and writing
