Employee Internal Sales – Logistics / Scheduling (m/f/d)

In Germany, the focus of business is on the production, distribution and reconditioning of packaging systems made of steel and plastic. IBC (Intermediate Bulk Container) is produced and reconditioned at the Mendig site with about 100 employees.

You continue to support and develop existing small customers and assist in the creation of offers, especially during the travel activities of the external service You complete customer orders, agree delivery dates, are the central contact person in case of queries and are responsible for the collection and processing of complaints You take over the MRP and shipping logistics, including the truck disposition for the delivery and collection of material and goods, the dispatch processing (creation of delivery papers and customs documents) as well as the tendering of freights and the verification of freight invoices You take care of billing, data management and system care, in particular billing testing, ongoing data management and documentation, and the continuous updating of the price list in the ERP system You plan, analyze and optimize by creating regular reports and analyses to optimize the logistics structure and coordinating production planning in close cooperation with the production management

• You have completed commercial training, ideally as a forwarding businessman (m/w/d) or in a comparable qualification • At least 1 year of relevant professional experience in the internal sales service, in disposition or in freight forwarding as well as in customer service is required • Safe handling of MS Office, especially Outlook and Excel, is one of your strengths • You bring very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing (C1 level); a further foreign language is desirable (but not a must) • Their mode of operation is characterized by reliability, communication strength and strong team orientation from
