• Technical and commercial responsibility for scaffolding projects (work and protective frameworks) • Contact person (m/w/d) for the client at the construction site, take over the management of the construction process, control of the pre-workers (m/w/d) and coordination of the columns • Implementation of the works and contact persons for all project participants • Coordination of the construction site, responsibility for quality performance and for time and cost control • Material and equipment disposition, preparation of billing documents, follow-up management and preparation of VOB contracts

• Successfully completed training in scaffolding or comparable • Multiannual experience in scaffolding, façade or building • knowledge in the handling and settlement of construction projects (personal planning, material disposition), construction law (VOB) and supplementary management • customer orientation, communication strength and IT affinity • Class B driving licence
