strategic development of value flows in the field of mechanics

Identification of capacity bottlenecks and development of optimal solutions in close cooperation with the departments involved

Developing standards for production planning, control and capacity determination in SAP

Creating sound analyses and reports as a basis for future decisions and potential for action

Responsibility and design of medium to long-term sales planning in cooperation with sales areas

Support in the introduction of new software solutions in the field of production planning and control

active participation in digitalization projects (e.g. introduction of S/4HANA, rollout MES system)

Installation of own ideas for improvement to optimize the flow of goods including plant and layout planning

active participation in daily shopfloor rounds including independent derivation of measures

completed studies in the field of mechanical engineering, manufacturing engineering, industrial engineering or comparable discipline

at least five years of relevant professional experience in the planning, control and optimization of manufacturing processes

detectable experience in the line or Working on complex digitalization projects in the field of production

deep SAP knowledge (especially MM and PP) as well as extensive experience in dealing with planning topics (MRP, ATP, S&OP)

routined handling of MS Office 365 and experience in using BI tools (PowerBI)

distinct initiative, reliability and analytical and solution-oriented thinking

high team and communication skills and joy in in interdisciplinary cooperation

structured, methodically sound working and high sense of responsibility

excellent knowledge of German and good knowledge of English
