You build the Lean Management & the Continuous Improvement Process (KVP) in our group of companies. You design structures, methods and a clear roadmap. The aim is to establish a sustainable culture of improvement and to achieve measurable efficiency and quality improvements across all areas. Professional leadership in a matrix organisation – cross-departmental control of lean/kVP initiatives Development and implementation of the Lean introduction concept for the continuous improvement of business processes in the companies of the group Identification and analysis of inefficient processes taking into account regulatory requirements (e.g. BaFin, GDPR) Development and implementation of Lean maturity analysis and definition and monitoring of relevant KPIs for the success measurement of Lean initiatives Continuing the introduction of Shopfloor Management and Establishing Policy Deployment Head of Lean Projects to Increase Customer Satisfaction, Quality and Efficiency Presentation of workshops and training Building a sustainable Lean Mint Set in the Organisation and Development of the Lean Offer

You have a degree in economics, business/process management or comparable You have several years of experience: in the application of Lean methods in a regulated environment, ideally in the insurance or financial sector in the management of cross-departmental optimization projects (E2E) when implementing Shopfloor Management implementing policy deployment

You have profound knowledge in change management as well as regulatory frameworks and their influence on process design You ideally own certifications such as Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, Lean Portfolio Management or comparable qualifications You work analytically, structured and result-oriented You work effectively across areas and hierarchy You are communication-strong, moderation-proof and inspire others for change processes
