You independently coordinate construction sites in the field of traffic signal systems and barrier technology As a responsible person, you take over the management of the construction projects from planning to handover, thereby ensuring the economic, technical and timely execution of your orders You plan your teams (including technicians, technicians, temporary workers) and dispose of equipment and materials for your construction sites, including the control of subcontractors During the execution, you will consistently look at the compliance with internal requirements (quality management) and overriding guidelines (HSEQ / occupational safety) to achieve the project objectives successfully. You are a competent contact person for our customers, suppliers, offices and internal colleagues in the design and actively promote optimizations

Complete training in the field of electrical engineering (e.g. electronics / electricians m/w/d) with master and/or Graduate or studies with a focus on electrical engineering / communications technology or comparable qualifications with corresponding professional experience Professional experience as a building manager m/w/d, desirable in a coordinating function or to grow self-confidence into this role Ideally experience in earth-shifted cable construction and in the care of traffic signal systems, system technology or electrotechnical transport infrastructure Good MS Office knowledge and driving license class B are required, class C1E is advantageous Self-responsible and committed working style, negotiation skills and joy in working in the team and the joint achievement of your project goals
