• They independently monitor and maintain the maintenance, technical functionality and maintenance of the various systems in the BAUHAUS Service Center Germany, such as sprinkler system, heating system, ventilation system or fire alarm system.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant technical guidelines and safety regulations.

• They organize and support the work of external service providers and experts.

• They document the measures taken and take care of the maintenance and inspection plans.

• You are available to employees of the site as contact person:in technical questions.

• Complete craft training in a technical field (e.g. sanitary, heating or air conditioning, electrical engineering) with first to several years of experience in the care of technical equipment, ideally in a comparable environment

• Basic knowledge of relevant regulations and standards, such as VDMA 24186 or DIN VDE standards

• High technical affinity, team skills and organization skills as well as good IT skills, especially in working with system software as well as popular applications such as Excel and other office programs

• Self-responsible and solution-oriented work and pronounced communication strength

• Class B licence and German language skills (at least C1)
