You support the introduction of our new learning management system – from technical implementation to the creation of learning content (e.g. videos, texts, quiz formats) You participate in the design, preparation and implementation of training and workshops – both digitally and locally You accompany strategic personnel development projects – from planning to implementation to evaluation You support the selection and communication with external service providers You bring your own ideas and actively shape new learning formats and development measures

You study economics, social sciences, (economic) psychology or a comparable degree course – ideally with a focus on personnel Ideally, you already have first experience in people development or digital learning You are interested in topics related to learning, development and corporate culture You work structured, self-responsibility and bring a high level of communication You enjoy working with digital tools and media Very good German and good English skills complete your profile
