The project finance experts from HOCHTIEF PPP Solutions at the Essen site are now strengthening Senior Account Manager (m/w/d) Your tasks Examination of economic feasibility & financial viability of project projects, including structuring of financing Analysis and evaluation of project, subcontractor and financing contracts Analysis and evaluation of business figures such as annual accounts and business plans Coordination and Control of Due Diligence Negotiations with clients, debtors, investors, entrepreneurs and partners until the Financial Close Your profile Successful degree in BWL, VWL or Economic Engineering ideally focusing on Finance First practical experiences such as internships or student work activities ideally in the areas of project and structured financing, corporate assessment, M&A or real estate financing Good Excel knowledge for financial and valuation models Very good knowledge of German and knowledge of English First experience abroad ideally internships or semester abroad Excellent communication and team skills Your benefits You work on exciting, interdisciplinary projects in an internationally established company with a clear future perspective.
