Construction Manager - Traffic Control Technology / Electrical Engineering (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the independent planning and successful implementation of our projects in traffic control technology – from the first idea to the final acceptance. You assemble your construction site team, guide your employees professionally and ensure smooth use of personnel and resources. As a central contact person on the construction site, you control all processes, coordinate entrepreneurs and ensure compliance with appointments and quality standards. You carry out technical documentation, create measurements and represent our interests in construction meetings with clients and partners.

You have a completed training as a master or technician in the field of electrical engineering, a corresponding study or a comparable qualification. Ideally, you will bring first experience in the management of construction sites or the management of smaller teams. A class B driver's license as well as the willingness to attend your projects are of course for you. With your organized and solution-oriented work, you can also keep an overview in dynamic project phases and control your team sovereignly. You communicate safely in German (C1 level) to ensure smooth coordination with all project participants.
