Bankett Operation Manager (m/f/d)

Operational direction & presence: You do not run from the desk, but are actively involved in the first preparation, execution and reworking of the event. Together with your team, you are actively engaging in the up and down of our diverse event settings (chairing, table top, technical coordination). Team leadership: You coordinate and run the staff as well as external partners and motivate your team in intensive phases of construction through your role model as a co-player. Interface function: You report directly to the R&B Manager and the Gastronomic Management and ensure that the visions of our customers are implemented perfectly. Quality & safety: high service standards and compliance with all safety and hygiene regulations throughout the process.

Experience: Funded training in the hotel industry/gastronomy as well as management experience in the operating banquet or R&B sector. Ambition: You are ready for the next career step and are ready to develop in the long term with a traditional company. Host gene: You have a sovereign appearance, are resilient and retain attention to detail even in large numbers of guests. Communication: Flowing German and good English skills are a prerequisite for our international clientele.
