RENAFAN is a nursing service provider who has been standing for excellent and individual care for 30 years now. For the care of our customers in the stationary care facility in Bremen-Weidedamm with 63 seats and more than 50 service apartments we are looking for your support as

in full time or part-time.

Monitoring, controlling and implementing the care process according to structural model including careful care documentation Support of the Care Service Management in the regular review of the classification of our customers in the correct care degree Support of care management in planning, organization and support of regular case meetings and care visas for your living area Participation in the inclusion of new customers and support of employees in their reconciliation phase Support of care management in the preparation of service plans and holiday plans according to legal requirements

a completed exam (career, health care and nursing, elderly caregiver, nurse (m/w/d) or comparable/accredited) Expertise in care planning and care processes Experience in service planning desirable empathy, organizational talent, communication skills Passion and commitment to the well-being of our customers, because care for you is more than just a job
