The area of law & corporate governance is responsible for all legal concerns of the company with the exception of tax law and labour law. The focus of the consultation of individual business areas is on private and public economic law. Advise all business areas on all energy and civil matters (especially in energy law, regulatory law and energy contract law) design, testing and negotiation of contracts; Advising the implementation of the contract Support in the analysis and implementation of administrative and judicial decisions and new legal regulations Creating and developing sample documents and training documents Working with interdisciplinary projects Conduct administrative and judicial procedures and coordinate external legal advisers

above-average examina (1st and 2nd Legal State Examen). multiannual experience in energy law. independent and solution-oriented operation and a high sense of responsibility. Embossed team and communication skills. the willingness to engage in complex legal, economic and technical issues and new legal areas in the short term. the ability to present work results in an addressable manner and to assess their consequences.
