Purpose and objective Your new job as a cook for kitchens and canteens:

In our customer operations, you will get to know the most varied kitchens in a short time: from the large kitchens of the communal catering and the mobile kitchens of the Catererer to the system gastronomy to the kitchens of various restaurants from gastronomy and hotel industry.

In the large area of Cologne and the surrounding area, we will now look for you as a canteen cook (gn) in full-time job.

This is one of your tasks as a canteen cook in an operating canteen:

• On your post you will ensure smooth and structured workflows and ensure consistent quality
• Individually responsible preparation of changing cold and hot dishes
• They support the kitchen brigades of our diverse customers from industry and trade on all items and are used according to your skills and preferences
• Consultation of guests and employees in the food issue
• cleaning and cleaning of the workplace and the work equipment
• Compliance with hygiene requirements according to HACCP

You will bring this for your activity as a chef:

• Completed IHK vocational training as cook or cook
• Knowledge of tasks-related workflows, rules and guidelines in a kitchen
• Sufficient German skills for team understanding
