With about 1,000 performances per year we reach around 500,000 viewers. We are responsible for the billing of fees of domestic and foreign guest artists who contribute to our productions. In order to strengthen our team, we are looking for reliable administrative support that supports the pay calculators in the daily business organizationally and structurally.

Central contact point for internal and external concerns to the Honorary Office on all channels (personal, telephone, e-mail) as well as follow-up of the processing booths Pre-examination of billing documents for completeness Shipping of monthly fee invoices and other certificates to guest artists Maintenance and development of templates including regular updating of forms Proper archiving of billing and contract documents taking into account data protection requirements Support for ongoing projects Team assistance and organizational support

Completed commercial training or comparable qualification, ideally with professional experience in personnel Friendly and binding occurrence High discretion and trustworthiness in handling sensitive data Structured, careful and independent operation Funded knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing Interest in the theatre environment desirable
