Your mission As an agro-customer (m/w/d), you are responsible for farms and agri-environmental enterprises in a holistic, partnership-based manner and at eye level. You develop individual solutions for financing, investment and future issues and build long-term customer relationships. You combine economic thinking with real understanding of the reality of our agricultural customers. As part of the cooperative financial group Volksbanken Raiffeisenbanken, our bank stands for closeness, trust and partnership. We accompany our members and customers holily.

Overview of your tasks Relationship manager: holistic support and further development of a separate agricultural customer portfolio Possible makers: advice on financing around stable construction, machinery, areas, halls and equipment Future designer: Accompanying investment, growth projects and modernisation projects Accompanied by: Support in court succession and generation change Stratege: Development of tailor-made solutions for liquidity, structure and future investment as well as analysis of business documents Networker: Active new customer acquisition in the agricultural environment and close cooperation with internal specialists Presence: You are where your customers are – on site on the premises in the business area
