Overall responsibility for quality assurance (QA) and quality management (QM) at the site as well as ensuring product quality and food safety Responsibility for QA and QM processes including releases, environment monitoring, cleaning and disinfection, batch documentation, microbiological tests and maintenance of SOPs, CAPA measures and quality-relevant documents Implementation of Cause Analysis in Quality Deviations and Complaints as well as close cooperation with Recipe, Production and Process Teams Preparation, monitoring and implementation of internal and external audits (including IFS, EU Eco, HACCP, Food Defense and Food Fraud) including management of recertification audits Planning and implementation of hygiene training, hygiene rounds and internal audits, as well as cooperation with technology in hygienic plant design, process changes and continuous development of quality culture

You have a degree in food technology (e.g. food technology, food science) or ecotrophology (e.g. food science, food management), a comparable qualification or an equivalent practical professional experience You have several years of experience as a quality manager or in a leading QA function in a food producing company Audits, certifications and the implementation of CAPA measures will help you safely and independently You have already led a HACCP team or gained experience in food defense Finding knowledge of HACCP, GMP and EU food safety requirements Flowing German knowledge and very good English complete your profile
