Technical responsibility for our ELO ECM platform: Administration, operation and continuous development of our ELO environment Project work in the ECM environment: Planning and implementation of projects for the introduction and development of ECM solutions and for the digitization of document-based business processes Workflow and Structure Design: Conception, Optimization and Care of File Structures, Workflows and Permission Concepts System integration: technical connection of the ECM system to ERP, EDI and other technical applications Database and interface support: support for database queries (e.g. SQL) and ensuring stable data flows between systems Governance & Compliance: Implementation and Ensuring Archiving, Privacy and Compliance Requirements (e.g. GoBD, GDPR) Stable system operation: Ensuring a performant system operation including 2nd-/3rd-level support Cross-system cooperation: Active cooperation in IT projects with interfaces to ERP, EDI and other business applications

Graduate in Computer Science, a training as a specialist (w/m/d) or a comparable qualification Funded knowledge in handling ECM/DMS systems, ideally ELO ECM Experience in the administration of ECM systems and in the configuration of workflows and authorization concepts Good knowledge of MSSQL as well as experience with SQL queries and data analyses Understanding system integrations and interfaces (e.g. ERP, EDI, specialist systems) Experience in the analysis and digitization of document-based business processes Structured and independent operation with high technical problem-solving competence Communication strength and ability to mediate between IT and disciplines Openness for cross-system project work in the context of ERP, EDI and other business applications Very good German and good English skills
