The Wirtschaftsförderung Land Brandenburg GmbH (WFBB) is a contact person for investors, established companies and innovative foundations in the Land of Brandenburg. It offers all services for economic and employment promotion from a single source – from support for the establishment and expansion of innovations, internationalisation and networking to the acquisition and qualification of skilled workers, as well as its role as an energy agency in the country. It supports the further development of the industry-related economic clusters of Branden­burg and the German capital region.

WFBB's ''Location Development'' team supports structurally significant location development and thus securing important land potential for economic development in the country. The implementation of the commercial and industrial area concept for the entire Land of Brandenburg is a key priority. In addition, the team supports the creation of site offers for investors. Technical assistance, initiation and support of municipalities and districts in the planning and development of industrial and commercial areas. Cooperation and coordination with the relevant ministries of the state of Brandenburg as part of the planning and implementation of structurally significant commercial space projects. initiation, organization and moderation of conversations and on-site appointments. Creation of site offers and presentations in cooperation with the specialist teams of WFBB and regional partners. Regular maintenance and updating of commercial area data. Conducting research, location and market analyses in the region.

You have a (scientific) university degree (Bachelor, Master or Diploma). You ideally have professional experience in the field of location and project development, urban and regional planning, economic development or the real estate industry. It is desirable to draw on well-founded knowledge in urban and regional planning, in particular in building planning law. Ideally, you have already successfully accompanied planning processes for commercial areas. Experiences with administrative structures in relation to land, regional and municipal planning processes are advantageous. You possess good communicative and analytical skills as well as customer orientation. You like to work in the team. You have very good knowledge of the German language (C 1-level). We require good English skills. You have a class B licence.
