Working Student (m/w/d) – Project Coordination & Service Planning in the Field of Ultrasound

gain a deep insight into the operations of the operating service business in a globally operating MedTech company. You support our project team in coordinating ultrasonic installations and upgrades and actively shape the customer experience. You work closely with the internal service, external service and various interfaces in the company.

Project coordination: Support in the planning and control of open installations and upgrades in the field of ultrasound Date management: Order-related scheduling in coordination with project team, customers, field service engineers (FSE) and, if necessary, application specialists Customer communication: Contact person for customers with questions about scheduling and proactive information about order status Resource tuning: coordination with sales, service delivery and technician teams for prioritization and resource availability Process monitoring: tracking ongoing processes along the “Request to Resolution” process

Study: You are a registered student in a technical or business course Customer orientation & communication: You bring a high degree of customer focus and communicate clearly and solution-oriented Working: You work independently, structured and reliable IT knowledge: Very good knowledge in MS Office, first experiences with Salesforce or ServiceMax are a plus Language skills: You have very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing

Internship: Depending on the type of internship Voluntary internship longer than 3 months: 2.231 € for a 40-hour week Mandatory internship: the salary is between 900 € (Bachelor degree) 1000 € (master degree)
