In this position, you support our operational business units as part of our risk-based compliance management system. In doing so, you will run business partners or Due diligence tests, in particular with regard to corruption-relevant tasks, and are involved in the evaluation and management of compliance risks. The development and follow-up of preventive processes or Measures to ensure compliance are included in your tasks as well as the participation in the design and implementation of training and awareness measures in our subgroup. You will also process special projects, such as digitalization initiatives, within the compliance department. Consultation of and close cooperation with stakeholders from other departments and operational business units rounds off your variety of activities.

A completed study in the field of law, business, risk management or a comparable subject is the ideal precondition for the position. They have a strong understanding of the process and first professional experience in a comparable area of responsibility of an industrial company in the field of compliance, law, risk management or revision. Analytical thinking skills, careful working methods and conceptual skills are just as good as your communication strength. They have already gained initial experience in cooperation with interdisciplinary project teams, and have good knowledge of the relevant legislation, in addition to knowledge of English in word and writing. They are characterized by high solution orientation and a safe, convincing and competent occurrence; strong team spirit and a high degree of integrity complete your profile.
