You are building a state-of-the-art system based on Salesforce CRM and Perspective Field Service Lightning They analyse the requirements of the users, coordinate them and model processes from sales, marketing and service You take care of and continuously develop the system with the support of partners and service providers You are a central contact person (m/w/d) for internal departments/specialists and external service providers You create the related concepts and technical documentation

You have completed your studies or comparable IT training You will bring well-founded knowledge in Salesforce and several years of professional experience in the mentioned field of work You have personal interest in the topic and the willingness to continue training within Salesforce's Trailhead program They have pronounced process thinking They ideally have knowledge of data transfer via middleware and in programming languages as well as in project management
