These are your tasks Full customer advice: As the first respondent, you enter a solid customer base from individual and selected potential customers: in person, by telephone and in future also digital. Focusing on customer requests: you recognize needs, identify customer requests, submit offers and build a trusting relationship. Relevant to the future: For old-age provision or the protection of life risks, you can easily advise and compare insurance with the appropriate products of our partners. Tools: Selected products, such as payment, consumer finance and asset formation, sell using our sales-promoting instruments. Sales processes: In all your activities, you are consistently implementing the defined sales processes according to the Sparkassen financial concept. Backwind: If necessary, you will bind specialist:inside from other disciplines.

We wish you Banking foundation: A completed bank-related training, as well as an active BaFin-ID, as well as a current permission to transfer insurance (IDD) round off your profile. Customer business is your passion: experiences in private customer business as well as a pronounced understanding of services are part of your everyday life. Digital Mindset: Openness for digital solutions and the willingness to unlock and use digital systems and tools are of course for you.
