Campus Charité Mitte Reference number: 4508 | Working time: Full time | Date of entry: from now on | Duration of employment: Unlimited period of application: 30.04.2025 | Work at Charité The Hospital Controlling department is responsible for the health care sector of the Charité within the Business Controlling division. The Hospital Controller supports the management of the Charité (Chair, Centrums and Clinical Management) in the optimal planning and control of the available resources as well as the rationality assurance of decisions to fulfil the corporate objectives. The department prepares relevant reports for this purpose, is responsible for the control methods in the medical care (e.g. revenue splitting), performs the InEK case-cost calculation, controls the planning process of the Klinikum sub-economic plan and reports regularly on the topics mentioned in the clinic management and on the board.

Combination, transformation and analysis of large amounts of data for the evaluation and control of the medical performance Creation and maintenance of databases and data models for special evaluation requirements Participation in fulfilling external reporting obligations (§ 21 KhEntG, Hospital Statistics, PpUGV, PPBV) Support in the implementation of the InEK Cost Contribution Account/ Cost Cost Calculation Development, implementation and automation of regular reporting and dashboards Support for the Centres and Clinics as part of certification procedures and research projects Further development of the existing reporting system as well as the control methods of sick care You will report to the management of the hospital controller

Complete university studies of economic informatics or medical informatics Business Administration with relevant study focuses or multiannual professional experience in data analysis, preferably in health care Very good user knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access and Microsoft SQL Server (T-SQL) Knowledge of the legal and economic framework in hospitals Experiences with QlikView, SAP Analytics Cloud, Power BI or similar analytical data visualization tools as well as basic knowledge of Python and pandas or VBA are beneficial Experiences with SAP Business Warehouse, SAP Analysis for Microsoft Office and SAP CO are desirable for the position Very good knowledge of German in word and writing Analytical thinking, self-initiative, communication talent, very good self-management and high solution orientation complete your profile
