Your future tasks:

• Preparation of food according to requirements and recipes
• Support of chef in planning, mise en place and cooking processes
• Pre- and post-processing of plates, trimmings and supplements
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene according to HACCP
• Control of stocks, freshness and receipt of goods
• compliance with portion sizes, quality standards and portion accounting

Take this with you:

• Completed cooking kitchen or comparable experience, ideally cook/young cooking experience
• Teamability, reliability and structured operation
• High hygiene awareness, willingness to shift work
• Good knowledge of German
