You are jointly responsible for purchasing, order management and the execution and monitoring of orders in the IT sector (from supply collection to delivery receipt) You organize the logistics and shipping of the IT equipment so that each order arrives on board the globally operating ships You process the invoices of the IT sector and are in close contact with suppliers, external service providers and internal departments You take care of the optimization and further development of the ordering processes in the IT sector You support both within your team and throughout the IT department for larger projects

You have a completed commercial training (ideally in IT) You are experienced in purchasing and coordinating suppliers/service providers You have a strong organizational and communication talent and always work service- and customer-oriented You are used to work independently, structured and conscientiously You have analytical thinking and a high number affinity
