Your future tasks So your everyday life as a companion of children during the time at school, in the hort, kita or leisure with us: They accompany a child/young person with social-emotional behavioral disorders (e.g. concentration disorders, ADHD, aggressions, phobias) and/or development delays during the kita or School hours. As a professionally standing, physically present, self-confident and strong personality, they support the social-emotional, prosocial development of the child/younger with consequence and empathy. Your activities in detail:

• You are the first contact person for the child /young people
• they support, promote as " help for self-help; , intervene in crisis situations, give orientation and structure - depending on the type of impairment according to the educational/medical agreement
• They work closely with the caregivers, teachers, educators and other stakeholders.
• They prepare the help schedule talks, take part and take part in case-relevant organisational activities
• You create the necessary documentation

• clear communication style, independent work, liability, empathy and patience,
• severely facing calm presence with deescaling or disciplinary interventions - therefore self-safe occurrence and enforcement
• Carefulness in the creation of required documentation
