Own responsible creation, implementation and control of the monthly pay bill for active employees with ADP SmartPay / P&I Loga HR including payment files, booking orders and handover to Finance compilation, processing and maintenance of all accounting data in P&I Loga as well as control of the BAVD interface and use of the BAVD portal Supporting the complete electronic time recording including data maintenance, importing time supplements and contact persons for issues relating to the time economy Processing of non-compliance including tax allocation and implementation of recovery calculations and transfer of data for months and annual accounts Creation of individual evaluations, reports on severely disabled persons, implementation of operating arrangements, collective agreements and legal regulations as well as organisation of employee information on new accounting requirements Data provision and organisation of external audits such as pension insurance, tax office and internal audits as well as responsibility for the entire certification and correspondence with internal and external contact persons

Completed commercial vocational training with additional qualification in pay billing as well as many years of professional experience in pay billing Safe handling of pay billing programs, ideally P&I Loga, as well as experience in the time economy The ability to work independently, structured and responsible in a complex billing environment Very good communication skills in German as well as good English skills in word and writing A mindset focused on accuracy, continuous improvement and service-oriented cooperation
