Planning Engineer & Project Manager Road Construction and Civil Engineering (m/f/d)

For construction measures in the area of logistics areas – with a focus on road and civil engineering – you always take over the project management and professional personnel management – based on our values and leadership principles. Your tasks in detail: You are responsible for the planning, project management and management of complex construction projects, including renovation measures and new buildings. Planning, procurement, implementation – You process the performance phases according to HOAI for heavy duty and storage areas, road and drainage systems on the logistics areas of our terminal customers. During the planning phase, you work closely with external engineering offices. In the course of the construction design, you conduct foreign companies on our construction sites, monitor the work and ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory and operational regulations. Budget responsibility: You always have a look at the costs and dates for your construction projects. You always plan on terminal infrastructure projects with the focus on value retention and longevity, implements construction and maintenance measures in a cost-effective manner and participates in the implementation of modern asset management.

Qualification: completed studies in civil engineering or in a comparable field of expertise – like with deepening in the areas of road construction / civil engineering / transport systems Professional experience: as project manager:in, construction manager:in o. ä. in the planning, tendering, construction design and construction monitoring of measures in road and civil engineering, in particular in asphalt and concrete construction Know-how: ideally knowledge of the Water Budget Act (WHG) with regard to drainage systems IT: routined handling of MS Office as well as AVA software (preferably California), ideally also user knowledge in CAD and SAP Communication: knowledge of German and good English Mobility: readiness to travel mainly between our German locations, occasionally within the framework of international projects; Driving licence class B required Softskills: a friendly and customer-oriented appearance, team spirit and an independent working method
