Data Analyst Sales Management (m/f/d)

Analysis, simulation and monitoring of sales figures and (further) development of KPI dashboards for data-based decision-making Identification of target deviations and derivation of data-based action recommendations and measures to achieve distributive targets Analysis of the external service performance to derive concrete improvements and active participation in the annual target planning process Creation and maintenance of geographic overviews (area, market and customer information) for the presentation of sales structures Initiation and implementation of measures to increase efficiency and automation in internal and cross-interface processes Own-sponsored cooperation in cross-sector projects (in particular the introduction of a new CRM system) and independent management of tasks in the daily business

Successfully completed commercial training or studies in the field of Business/BWL, Data & Analytics or comparable qualification Experience in the analysis/processing of sales data as well as in the creation of dashboards/simulations Very good knowledge in Excel, PowerPoint and ideally Power BI as well as basic experiences in power machines, SQL, data integration and use of copilot desirable Embossed analytical skills, structured working and high numerical affinity readiness to learn, initiative and joy in actively introducing and promoting ideas
