Your tasks You are responsible for the processing of largely standardized business incidents in the management of pensions, e.g. B.: Data collection and control Processing of data changes Support for system-assisted import and export of data Processing of life certificates

You take care of employees and pensioners by telephone in standard cases You are responsible for assessing and forwarding complex cases and cases outside the standard You support in the handling of the inbox and post processing
