Responsibility for the professional and organisational training of track builders and dual students according to the training framework plan Coordination and cooperation with the trainers of the other branches, the training centre and the vocational school Implementation of subject-specific teaching Monitoring the progress of learning and assistance in learning deficits Completion of specialist, methodological and social competence Preparation for interim and final examination Participation in obtaining trainees and conducting interviews Participation in training fairs Accompanying trainees in integration in the columns

Take this with you:

Complete training for track builders or a comparable qualification (e.g. professional/technical training with relevant professional experience) Multiannual professional experience in track construction is advantageous Complete training of trainers (AdA) Good knowledge of MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Excellent pedagogical suitability as well as excellent communication and team skills Sensitivity to the world of trainees Local flexibility for use in the Berlin branch
