The development and design of electrical circuit diagrams and circuit diagrams for cable harnesses to systems using CAD software (e.g. Engineering Base, EPLAN, AutoCAD Electrical) is one of your main tasks. You select and dimension electrical components and systems such as wires, control cabinets, sensors and controllers, according to the requirements of the project. You produce technical drawings, lists and documentation to support production and commissioning. You support the project department in the planning and implementation of electrical installations, including costing and project planning. The verification of electrical constructions for compliance with applicable standards and regulations (e.g. DIN-VDE) is also part of your task. You work closely with mechanical design, manufacturing and assembly to ensure that the electrical plans are implemented correctly. If necessary, you support the commissioning teams in implementing the integrations on site.

You bring a completed study in the field of electrical engineering or a comparable qualification, such as a completed vocational training in the electronics sector (e.g. system electronics, mechatronics) with a final further education to the technician:in and corresponding professional experience, ideally in the production of wiring documents. You have good knowledge of the relevant standards and regulations (e.g. DIN-VDE, Machine Directive) and a deep technical understanding of the electrical requirements in industrial plants. You have already gained experience with electrical design and CAD programs such as Engineering Base, EPLAN, AutoCAD Electrical or similar tools. You're used to working in interdisciplinary teams and agree with different departments. You work independently, you are careful in the creation of design documents and you can manage projects independently.
