LBS Landesbausparkasse NordOst AG is the savings bank of Sparkassen in the federal states of Brandenburg, Hamburg, Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, Saxony, Saxony-Anhalt and Schleswig-Holstein. Our more than 700 colleagues in the indoor and outdoor services work closely with the savings banks on site at the three locations of Potsdam, Hamburg and Kiel and provide comprehensive and understandable advice on building, living and financing. Projektmanager (m/w/d)

Your responsibility:

Your tasks include independent auditing or participation in audits in all areas of the LBS They assess the adequacy and effectiveness of risk management, governance system and internal control system (IKS) You prepare audit reports and discuss the results and measures with the audited areas and independently follow the implementation of measures (follow-up) They actively participate in the audit planning and support the audit management in key issues and the further development and implementation of internal quality assurance in the internal audit They accompany and work with essential internal and over-company projects and advise the specialist areas with regard to legal and supervisory requirements

Academic training (Bachelor, Economics/Law or the like) or vocational training with additional qualification (e.g. banker, savings banks/banker, tax specialist/in, financial accountant, etc.) Ideally, you already have experience in the revision of a financial service provider or in an audit/consultation company Knowledge of relevant legal and supervisory provisions for credit institutions The ability to work in legal and supervisory requirements, operational processes and business relationships Analytical and strategic thinking as well as self-initiative and the willingness to continue training Critical judgment regarding the assessment of structures and processes High performance, team capacity and enforcement ability as well as good written and oral expressions
