Your mission: Flying the Iserlohn and surroundings site Construction & Control: As a “capitalist” at the new location, you set the course, coordinate the (growing) team and ensure smooth processes. Growth engine: Your focus is on the strategic network expansion. You connect with doctors, social services and multipliers to build our customer base sustainably. Result responsibility: You control the location by economic targets. Responsibility for sales is not a pressure medium for you, but motivation and measurement of your success. Guided tour with panoramic view: You gradually build up the team and create a culture in which employees feel valued and motivated. Focus Management: Your place is at the desk, at networking or at the first call – no operational cooperation in care.

Your profile: Personality beats certificate Sales DNA: You have a natural talent for building relationships, can open doors and inspire people for our service. Entrepreneurship: You take full responsibility for “your” location and act independently and solution-oriented. Sovereign occurrence: You act professionally in dealing with partners and relatives – staying close, authentic and empathic. Empathie & lead: You have a hand for people and know how to moderate a team and inspire them to excellence. Background: Career training is not required. More important are your soft skills, experience in controlling service companies and your unconditional will to succeed.
