Production Manager - Sheet Metal Fabrication / Metalworking (m/f/d)

In 1993 we founded our company. We are a company from our region with over 150 well-trained craftsmen from the region. Through our partners in the areas of design, construction, tool construction, control cabinet and control and other areas, we are able to take over complex tasks.

We are for your company maintenance with experienced repairers from the region. The use of our services can become a cost-effective option for you in the organization and execution of craftsmen. You are responsible for the management, motivation and further development of your team. You plan and control the use of personnel as well as machines and continuously optimize production processes to ensure a smooth production process. Based on key figures, you monitor the quality, timeliness and cost-effectiveness of production and derive targeted improvement measures. You ensure consistent compliance with all relevant occupational safety and quality requirements and are responsible for the coordination of maintenance measures. In close cooperation with the management, purchasing and sales, you actively participate in investment decisions and advance the strategic development of the machine park.

Your basis is a technical training, e.g. in metal construction, with several years of professional experience in sheet metal processing – ideally complemented by a further education as a master or technician. You've already gained first leadership experience and convince with an esteeming, but also strong leadership style. In the world of sheet metal production you know and bring good knowledge in methods such as laser cutting, edges or welding. You think entrepreneurship, plan ahead-looking, and keep a close eye on quality, costs and appointments. Dealing with common ERP systems is self-evident for you and you communicate safely in German.
