CNC machine operators - pressing, straightening, CNC bending (m/f/d)

For our regional based customer company we are looking for as soon as possible dedicated employees in the field of edge (m/w/d) to strengthen the production team.

Your tasks:

• Selection and provision of the required tools and tools
• Production of the first part and independent testing for dimensional accuracy and quality
• Processing of complex components according to technical specifications
• equipping and operating the tilting systems
• Self-assembled and ruffled CNC presses
• Setting of tools and process parameters (cut values) according to tables and drawings
• Work according to production and testing plans
• Reading and implementing technical drawings
• Examination of the application-related documents
• Implementation of maintenance and minor maintenance work according to checklists

Your profile:

• Complete training as a metal skilled worker or a comparable qualification – as an alternative to multi-year professional experience in this area
• Experience in pressing, edges or straightening of metal components
• CNC knowledge required
• readiness for shiftwork
• Physical loadability as well as careful and independent operation
