You bear the professional and organizational responsibility for the work in the care association and work closely with authorities, partners and the institution. You coordinate the association service, ensure efficient office organization and timely procedures. You guide the team, plan tasks and holidays and ensure a smooth cooperation. You can easily advise on the right of care and precaution, prepare practical lectures and accompany volunteers. You organize training and work with the public work to strengthen and make the Volunteer Office visible.

You have a completed study of social work, social education or the law – or you have a comparable qualification with professional experience in the care sector. You know well in social law and are happy to address complex issues in a solution-oriented manner. You encounter people with disabilities open, respectful and with a high level of social competence. You work organized, take responsibility and enjoy leading and developing a team. You own a class B license.
