Strengthening IT governance & regulatory You actively shape the further development of our IT governance structures and ensure that regulatory requirements as well as internal and external compliance requirements are complied with. With fresh ideas, you drive new governance concepts forward and strengthen the sustainability and resilience of our IT. Building Structured Problem Management: You are centrally involved in building and establishing a systematic problem management. Their goal: to sustainably increase the stability and quality of our IT services and to establish continuous improvement processes. Digitalize banking processes: Together with the specialist departments, you drive the digitization of our banking processes and maintain them in our process management tool. IT all-rounder with hands-on mentality: You flexibly take over various tasks in the IT field, are proactive and are committed to new challenges.

Completed studies in the field of (economic) informatics or comparable qualifications. Multiannual professional experience in the IT environment, ideally focusing on IT governance, compliance, problem management and process digitalization. Experience in the introduction and application of process management tools as well as in the digitization of business processes. Analytical thinking, structured working and high self-initiative. Embossed communication and team skills. Motivation, willingness to learn and enjoy varied tasks.
