As a responsible lawyer (m/w/d) for industrial legal protection in our legal department, we advise you on all issues relating to trademark law, design law, patent law, copyright law and legal aspects. You represent the Kärcher Group in all brand disputes such as, for example, in processes for word mark or color mark. You also deal with the disputes of competition violations of competitors, both in court and out of court. You advise our colleagues from marketing, product management and sustainability on the legal admissibility of advertising slogans, marketing campaigns, product packaging and promotions. You will also be responsible for the conclusion and preparation of licensing agreements and development contracts. For this, you work closely with our specialist departments, but also across our international and national societies of the Kärcher Group. In the role of the technical Sparring Partner (m/w/d), you accompany and control the external law firms commissioned by us.

A successfully completed study of law with 2nd state exams. Legal understanding and interest in the areas of auditing and contracting. In your training, you have set priorities in the field of professional legal protection and/or have already gained professional experience in the above-mentioned areas of activity. You convince with excellent knowledge of German and English. You have the desire and the ability to convey complex facts in such a way that the most sensible decision can be taken. You are curious - new topics motivate you and you have fun getting deep and active into them. At the same time, you work quickly and independently on new topics and questions.
