In your role as Product Manager (m/w/d), you are responsible for pioneering system solutions for the German market. You develop the future portfolio for hot water storage, buffer storage and housing stations, thereby motivating the heating and climate technology of tomorrow. You control your portfolio over the entire product life cycle – from market and competitive analyses to the definition of technical requirements to continuous portfolio optimization Developing from trends, customer needs and data analyses You are economically relevant product requirements and form a clear, market-oriented strategy As a central interface to development projects, sales, service and marketing, you ensure that all solutions are technically and economically optimally positioned for the German market For successful market management, you develop convincing marketing concepts, define sound value propositions and control launch strategies You prepare content for training, competition comparisons and argumentation guides and represent your products safely at events, fairs and in front of specialist audiences Based on sales, yield, price and life cycle analyses, you will develop your portfolio, initiate product updates and redesign the entire portfolio cut if needed

Qualification: A completed technical or economic study, e.g. in supply engineering, energy engineering, mechanical engineering or industrial engineering Experience: Multiannual or well-founded experience in product management, ideally in the HVAC environment, as well as knowledge in hot water storage, buffer storage or housing stations are a plus Skills: Strong Analytical Competence, Strong Implementation Orientation and the ability to translate technical relationships into clear customer benefits Nice to have: Experience in the development of Value Propositions, marketing concepts, competitive analyses or portfolio optimizations Personality: Customer-oriented, sovereign and binding appearance, presentation strength as well as a high degree of self-initiative, ownership and willingness to design, and joy in cross-functional and international cooperation Language knowledge: Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
