Delivery Vendor Management Expert (m/w/d)

The department is the gateway for all supply requests and implementation orders to the performance-providing units of the entire delivery organization of the company. We take over the control of the delivery of services and provide a uniform view of complex topics of delivery. When external partners are added to the service, this is the responsibility of Delivery Vendor Management (DVM) for complex projects. The DVM is responsible for carrying out all procurement processes. In close cooperation with the departments, the customer projects will be accompanied and implemented in accordance with the deadlines and obligations. The DVM team takes over not only the general contractorship for dedicated topics, but is also responsible for the procurement, integration into its own process and tool landscape, as well as the professional management of the respective external partners.

Creation and processing of complex services including Taking responsibility as a responsible body

Control of external service providers and integration of supplier services into the business processes of BWI and other stakeholders on the customer side

Support in ensuring the provision of contractually secured services in the framework of projects and contracts and its follow-up with regard to quality, costs and time

coordination of customer requirements with the entire project team as well as implementation and professional support of these requirements

Reporting, communication and coordination of project results and details with the customer and the departments

Successfully completed economic studies at least. two years of professional experience or comparable training with at least five years of professional experience

Professional experience in customer delivery management or procurement management, ideally in public hands and/or in terms of IT services

Good knowledge of ITSM processes and their implementation Knowledge of relevant legal regulations and regulations Very good communicative knowledge in dealing with customers, safe occurrence and strong customer orientation High cost and quality awareness

German language skills in word and writing
